I still want to see you and your team/lawyer/secretary/CG artist make at least ONE FUCKING thing. All you seem able to do is either

a) take random image from teh internets and make a badly coded single layer stage my dog could do in a minute

or

b) download random character from the internet, and just run it through a filter and change the friggin' scale parameter (ooh, so much work, specially compared to the one of the original author of the char!) and then slap your authorname to it.


When you,

a) Make a decent multiayer stage with proper deltas, parallax and animation

or

b) Make a decent char BY YOURSELVES with proper coding, original gameplay, with sprites you ripped yourselves (or at least stuff from a spritepack but you made the SFF, dammit)


Then you can complain about bad faith if someone takes your content. Nobody can steal anything from you, considering you actually don't put any real amount of work or effort in 'your' stuff. Even your 'engine'.
